Because many of our products are made to order, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For non-personalized items, we gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@quietfeelings.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue so we can make it right.
Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with incorrect shipping addresses and applicable international customs fees.
