RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Because Quiet Feelings products are made to order, we ask that you read this policy carefully.

General Policy

  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
  • Custom and print-on-demand items are final sale except as outlined below

Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective or misprinted
  • You received the wrong item

To qualify:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of the issue
  3. Include your name and order number

Approved defective items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

 


 

Returned to Sender / Address Issues

Incorrect Address Provided

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned:

You may request reshipment (shipping fee applies)
Or request a refund minus:

  • Original shipping
  • Priority processing
  • Insurance
  • 30% restocking fee

If the package is lost or destroyed and not returned to us, we can offer a 50% store credit.

Correct Address Provided

If the correct address was provided and the carrier returns the package:

  • We will reship the order free of charge
  • Address changes after shipment require a shipping fee

 


 

Order Cancellations

All items are produced on demand.

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase
  • Once production begins, cancellations are not possible
  • Some items may not be cancelable at all once ordered

 


 

Clearance Items

Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for refunds or returns. Packaging and condition may vary.

 


 

International Orders

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in item prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
